About Us:

We're passionate about digital performance, work with global brands, and are looking for a senior-level Account Manager to lead our client relationships and remote workflows.

The Role:

We are looking for a remote Account Manager with a strong technical background in ad operations to lead client accounts. While this is not a hands-on execution role, you must possess deep, up-to-date knowledge of ad platforms to effectively oversee strategy and quality. You will be the primary bridge between the client and our execution teams, ensuring project timelines are strictly met and campaign performance remains at a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and high-level reporting.

  • Oversee the technical direction of paid media campaigns, ensuring ad operations meet agency standards.

  • Manage project lifecycles and internal workflows to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.

  • Translate complex performance data and ad-ops technicalities into clear, commercial insights for clients.

  • Coordinate with specialists to ensure tracking, creative, and budget pacing are correctly managed.

Minimum requirements:

  • Extensive background in ad operations with a deep, current understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).

  • Perfect written and verbal English; native or bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a focus on high-level client management.

  • Proven project management expertise and the ability to keep complex remote workflows moving.

  • Experience within the financial services industry is a significant advantage.

  • Background in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) or statistical analysis skills is a huge plus.

  • High degree of autonomy and the confidence to push back on both clients and internal teams to ensure results.
